Scott W. Bishop
Owner and CEO of “Scott’s HVAC Training”

Born in Ridgewood, New Jersey. As a teenager, Scott enjoyed working with his father in the family business. Having developed a curious mind, he pursued a career in the field. In 1982, he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from George Washington University in D.C. He acquired the family business from his father in 2001, managing fifty employees. Scott has since worked for a variety of Mechanical and General Contracting companies.

His experience, skills, and desire to mentor others has lead him to become one of the instructors for HVAC and Master Plumber continuing education classes in New Jersey. His teaching style is designed to help the attendees achieve their goals of learning by encouraging open discussions in the classroom that lead to different points of view.

Scott enjoys a variety of sports, travels a fair amount, has a passion for reading, and great restaurants.
